Reservations are recommended for your pet, especially during peak holiday seasons. All
that is needed is verification of current vaccine records. If your pet
isalready a patient at Ojai Pet Hospital, then this information should
be available in your records here. If not, simply pick up a copy of the
information from your veterinarian. If the vaccines were not
given by a veterinarian or you do not have written proof of current
vaccines (usually within the last year) vaccines must be given here.As
this is also a medical facility, there are no exceptions to this
requirement. The health and safety of all of our patients and boarders
is our primary concern. Cats: FVRCP or 4 in 1 (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus, Panleukopenia or Feline Distemper) FELV (Feline Leukemia Virus) Rabies Vaccine All of the above vaccines must be current within the last year. Dogs: DHLP-PVC or 7 in 1 (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus) Rabies Vaccine The 7 in 1 vaccine must be current within the last year, Rabies Vaccine must be current within the last 1 to 3 years. Variations on these requirements may apply to young animals still in their initial vaccine series. Diet At
Ojai Pet Hospital, we feed the high quality premium foods by Hills Pet
Nutrition. Diets will be tailored to your pet according to their needs.
If your pet is currently being fed one of the Hills Prescription Diets,
then that food will be available here. If you have another specific
diet for your pet that you would like maintained while boarding with
